Delete your Ilmeera account

For guardians using the Ilmeera app, by Softloomer.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Ilmeera account" and your mobile number.
2. We contact you on your registered number to confirm the request comes from you.
3. We delete the account and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your Ilmeera account: your mobile number and its links to your children's schools.
• Your device records and the sign-in sessions tied to them.
• Stored verification codes (kept only in encrypted form).

What stays

• Your children's data at the school (attendance, marks, fees, announcements): the school keeps it under its own policy, and you can ask the school directly to delete it.
• Technical server logs, such as IP address and request time: removed as part of the usual log rotation.

If the school still has your number, it may be linked to a new account if you sign in again. To stop this for good, ask the school to remove your number.
